Overview
Western Yilgarn is actively advancing a portfolio of highly prospective bauxite projects located in the world-class Darling Range Bauxite Province of Western Australia — one of the largest bauxite-producing regions globally. Strategically positioned with excellent proximity to key export infrastructure including Fremantle, Kwinana, and Bunbury Ports, Western Yilgarn’s Total JORC (2012) Bauxite Resources now stand at 244Mt, representing a substantial asset base within the current project portfolio.

Geological Setting
The bauxite mineralisation encountered across Western Yilgarn’s projects is typical of the Darling Range — formed through the weathering of in-situ granite and gneiss of the Yilgarn Craton. These flat-lying, lateritic deposits are often pod-like in nature and closely associated with the Darling Fault escarpment, making them highly amenable to low-strip-ratio mining.
Development Outlook
Western Yilgarn is planning to expand its resource base and capitalise on rising demand for alumina and bauxite. The Company’s bauxite strategy aligns with global trends in aluminium production and critical minerals, with exploration and development activities focused on delineating JORC-compliant resources and progressing toward commercialisation.
To date, Western Yilgarn has released multiple Mineral Resource Estimates across its Bauxite Portfolio, which now boasts a Total JORC (2012) Resource of 244Mt.
