The Company’s management team has executed a strategic restructure which included the divestment of international subsidiary projects and acquisition of new, highly prospective land holdings located in some of Australia’s emerging Nickel- PGE-Gold regions.

PROJECTS

The Company has 3 exploration projects with a total area of 1,162km2 (including application and joint venture areas) located on the Yilgarn Craton in Western Australia. The projects are prospective for Ni-Cu-Co-PGE, Au and Li and include: Ida Holmes Junction, Julimar West and Boodanoo.
